And that he understands that the smart choice would be to contract me. but he decided to not do so and rather (his own words) "wait for someone with another opinion", as he also understands that doing the smart thing would require less project management — and as hedoes the PM in his own company, he wouldn't change a thing, as he loves to manage projects.
