I despise people who think that it is their colleagues duty to entertain them rather than putting the product and it's users at the center of their descicon making.

Effective teams aren't formed by hiring duplicates of your own personality — rather by hiring people that can and will challenge you, as this is the only way to move forward rapidly in knowledge work.

and if you start hiring people for their abilities rather than their likability you will learn that the root to success isnt to hire people you like but shared success is the base for friendship — even if the other person seems to be so different from you.
