I have seen several projects been switched to flutter as inexperienced people have fallen to its lure that just switching all codes to one base will somehow makes things easier. This is a fallacy: by nature cross platform development adds to the complexities of a project which is the main cause for all problems regarding software creation.
Not a single of those projects I mentioned was successful: they neither delivered anything or several times later than projected with a much larger team size than initially advertised — every flutter rewrite increased the exact same problems it was tasked to eliminate.
Also flutter is just a hype: less than 2% of apps on the AppStore are non-native. Flutter, as all the other promises you wouldn’t have to learn native coding, will fizzle out. For mobile and web. It is a dead end, like all write-once-debug-everywhere solutions are.
