Making a decision here would require to have the ability to negotiate and compromise. But within the last 12 month I (GenX) was approach by several GenZ groups who offered my to become their CTO in newly founded companies of theirs. In each case I saw smallish issues in either their offer or the proposed processes — and requested to apply changes here or there. Really normal stuff. But in each instances I was simply ghosted.
