this is utter bs. customers and people paying us want efficient and error free codes fast. by adding the cross platform layer you always increase the complexity — which will f*ck all those goals.
Efficiency in un-negotiable as it is the bedrock of coding. and on a binary machine it IS a binary choice.
All you show is that you put yourself at the center of a project — not the domain of the project or the customer needs.
Your agumentation’s core is: “I want that this way”, which is childish and dosent bring the project closer to success.
